Biography

I have been a member of the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC proton-proton collider since 2002. Currently, I serve in the Software and Computing Upgrade Office that oversees the upgrade project. My physics interests include searches for new physics within the framework of Supersymmetric (SUSY) and exotic theoretical models. In the past, I was convener of the CMS simulation, JetMET, and Hadronic SUSY groups.
At Fermilab, I headed the Artificial Intelligence and Software for Physics Applications (AISP) department in the Scientific Computing Division (SCD) until 2022. As the co-head of the Future Collider Experiments Department within the Particle Physics Directorate, I currently lead the Future Circular Collider (FCC) team on topics related to physics, experiments, and detectors. I also co-lead the SCD-CMS department within the Particle Physics Division.
